Traffic Supply Chain Coordinator
COMPANY PROFILE: Belvika Trade & Packaging Ltd. is a one-stop packaging company, specializing in precision packing of dry foods, chocolate and confectionary products. They are currently located in Mississauga, Ontario.

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to: Belvika is looking for a Traffic Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the day to day coordinating and supervision of planned shipment traffic. We are looking for a professional candidate who has a lot of energy who is looking to join a fun company.
- Lead, manage and ensure shipping processes and procedures are followed by internal personnel
- Ensure all shipments to customers are in compliance with each customers compliance and routing requirements
- Monitor customer routing and compliance guides weekly to ensure customer requirements are met
- Communicate and document all routing and compliance requirements or changes in requirements to appropriate internal personnel and 3PL contacts
- Monitor and implement continuous improvement initiatives to advance service levels to customers, profitability of company, and other employees
- Maintain accurate shipping records, forms and related documentation for both internal and external requirements
- Responsible for coordination with trucking companies for pick ups and delivery
- Ensure accurate inbound and outbound counts
- Communicate pick up and/or deliveries with customers
- Including all other duties assigned and required by Production Planning Manager or Production Plant Manager
REQUIREMENTS: - Must be fluent in English reading and writing
- Previous order entry experience
- Previous Traffic/Supply chain experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Minimum 2 - 5 years experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Computer Skills: Previous ERP or MRP System Experience examples SAP, Epicor, Dymnamics, Sage, Pack Manager
- MS Office and understanding of Network Server environment
