Description: As the junior developer in the support team, you will be responsible for data analysis and problem resolution for our customers. Correct technical and data related issues. Routine customer support activities including updates, database restore and first level support. Learn and actively contribute to the support knowledge base. Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Certification: Any IT certification would be an asset, none required. Knowledge base: Must have firm understanding of programming and database management.
Personal Characteristics: Excellent communication skills, enjoys teaching/instructing, sound judgment, highly analytical, project oriented, high energy level, resourceful and well organized, ability to get along with diverse personalities, results driven and people oriented.
