Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst

The Opportunity

BCS Global is a worldwide leader in IP-based video communication and collaboration services, with offices in the United States, Canada, UK, Hong Kong and China.
 
We are currently conducting a search for a Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst who will be in charge of performing detailed quantitative analysis of operational data to assist in developing recommendations and overall strategies for the success of the company.

The Requirements
As the ideal candidate for this position – you will have a thorough understanding of data relationships by
- Using various reporting tools to create and present reports from the data available in the various operational databases to present operational metrics both at a Micro and Macro level
- Analyze reporting requirements from a holistic perspective with a feedback loop into business requirements and system design.
- Ability to generate and maintain both ad-hoc and scheduled reports along with analysis and possible recommendations.
- Design and create reports for various departments on request
- Ability to understand the business and create reports to track KPIs of various areas in the business.
You will work with the development team in order to manage data reporting requirements in developed software and you will work with internal teams to understand existing business requirements & processes and provide recommendations for improvements based on operational analysis.  In addition you will have advanced skills in Ms Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel, proven skills in SQL Server, MS Project and MS Visio are a strong asset. You must be a self-starter who is willing to take on responsibility and have strong leadership skills.
Education and Qualifications :
BA in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance or operational research.  Prior experience in customer relationship management will also be helpful.
